Family Style The “family style” dinner where the protein element is served on generous sized platters. Sides of potato gratin or baby potatoes, and seasonal vegetables or salads are passed around the table. A basket of bread will also be passed around the table

BuffetYour guests serve themselves by choosing from a variety of attractively displayed dishes with classics such as Ham on the Bone and Beef Fillet, served with delicious sides and a basket of bread at the start of the buffet.

PlatedYou can invite your guests to enjoy the beauty and formality of a sit-down dinner where mains are served at the table to each guest. This wonderful choice creates an atmosphere of traditional elegance where you can be specific about timing and the overall look and feel of the meal and space.  A plated side of bread, oil and dukkah will be at each place setting.

Sweet Treats Platter – Served to tables includes Lemon Meringue Tarts, Macaroons, French Chocolate Truffles and Chocolate Dipped Strawberries or Homemade Brownie (Seasonally dependant).

Wedding Cake – Served to guests in a cocktail format, passed around the room on platters with napkins and also on a platter next to the tea and coffee station.

Plated Wedding Cake – Served to guests at their table with Berry Coulis & Cream.

– Staff: Chefs and professional bar and wait stewards who are presented in traditional black and white uniforms and will work all areas of the room offering cocktail food, carrying napkins and little stylish buckets for easy disposal of napkins & skewers.

– Setup: Staff are on site to set up, service and pack down at the conclusion of the evening.

– Hire ware: Plates, Cutlery, Linen & Glassware

– BYO beverages: our license and a duty manager for the duration of the event. No corkage charged.

Additional costs:

– Extra Hire: Bar Leaners, Couches, additional Furniture, additional or different Glassware, Tables and Chairs if required.
