I just wanted to drop you a quick email to say thank you for doing such an amazing job with our wedding catering. We have had so many comments from our guests about how delicious the food was and how wonderful your staff were. Having good food for our wedding was one of my top priorities and I am usually quite a harsh critic – I couldn’t fault a thing!

After our last meeting I came out feeling like I really didn’t need to worry about anything; you would just take care of things, which was a big weight off my mind (particularly as I am usually the person organising things and can find it difficult to let go!).
