Menu Overview & Food Philosophy
At Simply Food we have streamlined our menus to utilize more locally grown and produced foods wherever possible. Our Monthly specials promote Simply Food’s philosophy to showcase the best quality in-season food our region can provide.
Our European styled breads are produced by two local artisan bakeries. Our poultry, meats and small goods are also locally sourced. Catch permitting – our fresh fish and seafood is also New Zealand sourced unless it is a product not produced locally.
We understand that many of our clients need catering covering a few days or an entire week and don’t really have the time to study the suggested menus provided. Simply Food Catering are more than happy to work out a menu suitable for you so you won’t receive the same food each day. We have listed some items on the menus as chef’s selection or a daily special to ensure you receive a greater variety of what we are producing each day.
We also understand that many clients have special dietary requirements due to medical conditions or a lifestyle choice. We have included gluten free and dairy free menu options and these are individually packaged. We cater for vegetarian and vegan guests and all our dietary specially prepared food are individually plated and labeled accordingly.
We are delighted to work with our clients to design menus that are suited to your requirements and budget.
All our food is presented on white platters or in baskets, delivered to your office or venue with complimentary napkins. The following day Simply Food collects all platters and baskets from your venue.
