Where does Simply Food deliver? 
We deliver to the Wellington CBD and greater Wellington suburbs such as Porirua and the Hutt Valley. 

How much does delivery cost? 
A $12.00 delivery fee applies for the CBD. For orders which are under $60.00 a $15.00 delivery fee applies. Please ask for prices for deliveries outside of the Wellington CBD as these vary.

What time will my order be delivered?
Monday to Friday:
Morning tea deliveries by 9:30am, unless specified otherwise.
Lunches deliveries by 10:00am and finish by 11:45am.
Afternoon deliveries by 2:30pm. 

If you require your function outside this time we will look to accommodate where we can. Please get in touch of you have breakfast, evening or weekend requirements. 

Is there a minimum order?
Yes, we do have Minimum orders. Morning and Afternoon Teas minimum sale of $30.00 excl. GST. Lunches minimum order of $70.00 excl. GST. 

Does Simply Food deliver hot or cold food? 
In accordance with our food safety guidelines, we do not deliver food hot to your premises. Our food is stored in a refrigerated room and truck until delivered. All food is covered once it has been prepared.

Our food is delivered on platters that can be placed in the oven for reheating. If you only have a microwave available for reheating please specify when ordering so we can ensure the food is served on platters that can be placed directly into the microwave. 

Do you want your platters back? 
Yes please! As part of our commitment to sustainability, we serve our food on platters and trays that are washed and re used repeatedly. Our platters and plates are stamped with the Simply Food logo and name so are easy to recognise.

Our friendly delivery driver will pick up our used crockery the next day. Please ensure that when the function has concluded that the dishes are free from food scraps and are stacked in the area where the function was delivered for pick up.

What is the best way to pay for my catering or function? 
All functions are invoiced on terms of net 14 days from invoice.
We do accept Visa and Mastercard.

Are you able to accommodate special dietary needs and allergies? 
Our clever chef Farani delights in creating gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and vegetarian savoury choices.
Our amazing alchemist baker Pauline specialises in gluten free, dairy free, vegan, sweet slices, and treats. There is a delicious choice for everyone with Simply Food.

Do napkins and utensils come with my order? 
Yes, we offer napkins and disposable knives and forks. 

Can delivered meals be cooked from frozen? 
Yes – all frozen meals can be cooked from frozen and come with easy to follow the instructions. 

How many people does a meal serve and can they be delivered?
Our family meals are to serve 3-4. 
Delivery is available Monday to Friday 12:30-3pm only.

What is your cancellation policy? 
Simply Food does not charge for cancellations 24 hours prior to the event. 
Cancellations made within 24 hours will incur a charge of 30% of the total amount ordered.
